Here's to hoping September's #BookADay challenge works better for me than last months, but I'm loving the prompts for this I see so far. On this first day, it asks for a "favorite book about books or a bookshop" and I came up with two titles that came to mind almost immediately.
T.L. Haddix's "Firefly Hollow" features a librarian heroine and a writer hero with a magical realism slant. I loved it personally. I also loved Brenda Novak's "Through the Smoke", which features a heroine who owns a bookshop as well. It's a dark, gothic and romantic read.
Funny thing is that both of these were recommended to me by Litchick, so I have her to thank for these recs and favorites. ^_____^
Until tomorrow for next entry. This one turned out to be short and sweet.
