My book grabby hands snatched a copy of this from my uni library. I'm not reading this now, but will probably pick it up sometime this month when I'm a little more caught up with my ARC stack. It's on my library reading shelf, though, among other books I'm having to clear out so I can take them back to my uni library.
If this turns out as good as I think it will be, I'm going to be rec'ing it until kingdom come for every person in a business (including writing) there is until they get the fact that "feedback" is everywhere, and you have to be able to know how to take it in multiple dimensions.
Who knows, I might learn something too (though I think I've learned a lot in the way of critique through classes, hard knocks and maybe a bit more between. I'm open to learning more.)
