Probably one of the best guides to basic yoga moves and ideals that I've come across. It's addresses a range of ideal poses for different moods as well as many different phases of life for women (pregnancy included). I also liked how the book focuses on the ideals behind yoga, and makes it easy to understand. I would certainly recommend to to people who are just starting out with some of the basic yoga principles and practices. Of course, you should always consult your physician before starting any kind of yoga or exercise program.
