Regardless of your way of life, its tips are very useful to consider and asks relevant questions about your healthy habits and day-to-day activities. It covers a span of topics from regulating your rest/rejuvenating periods to taking time to monitor your breathing to making sure you're organized in your work and personal spaces. It also covers aspects to consider in exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet, both of which I found are presented in an easily noted format (bullet point questions to consider in the beginning of each chapter as well as end questions), accurate notations/references, and proper expansions such as measuring your pulse and taking note of simple activities that you can do in a routine way to maintain your health. It's a general guide, though the way it's presented gets one thinking about the small changes in improving their health and lifestyle. The information given in the work is written in a way that's easy to read, and offers several examples of people reassessing their lives and improving upon them in the guide. I also appreciated the additional wellness references included in the guide, the spaces for writing down notes after each chapter, and the active questions that get one thinking about their healthy habits.I would highly recommend this for people who want a gradual, general guide to improving their health. While the tips may seem like common sense, the way they're presented, and the well-organized structure of the book allows for an easy, encouraging read for a person seeking to improve their health in a multitude of ways.
